Student Volunteer Opportunities
Psychology students at all stages of their university journey are encouraged to get involved and volunteer at an APS event.
Volunteering is a great opportunity to:
- Connect with like-minded psychology students from universities across Australia
- Gain career insights and practical advice from industry professionals
- Attend the conference at no cost and access valuable educational content
- Expand your professional network within the psychology community
As a Student Volunteer, You Will:
- Welcome and assist attendees throughout the event
- Provide general information and directions, including session locations and event facilities
- Support delegates with registration, Wi-Fi access, and conference app enquiries
- Assist session chairs and presenters during sessions
- Monitor assigned rooms and help ensure sessions run smoothly
- Receive complimentary conference registration and access to all event sessions*
*Please note that volunteers are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses.
