This document is a submission made in 2015 by the APS to the Senate Standing Committees on Environment and Communications into the Enhancing Online Safety for Children Bill 2014 and Enhancing Online Safety for Children (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2014.

In this submission, the APS draws on available evidence as it relates to online safety among children and young people.
