Published in partnership with Taylor & Francis, AJP is an international, peer-reviewed, fully open access journal showcasing high-quality research across the breadth of psychological science.
The opportunity
This is a meaningful leadership role for an established academic to help shape the future of psychological research publishing. As Editor-in-Chief, you will guide the journal’s direction, support research quality and integrity, and strengthen its visibility and impact in Australia and internationally.
What you’ll bring to the role
- PhD and minimum five years’ postdoctoral research experience
- Demonstrated record of research, scholarship, and publication at a national/international level
- Record of contribution to the peer-review process
- Understanding of open-access publishing
- Ability to lead a large team of people
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Dedication to continue to grow the journal's reach and expand the team
