Participants Needed: Early-Career Psychologists (Australia)
We are seeking registered psychologists in Australia who are within the first five years of their professional practice to participate in a research study exploring compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction.
This study is being conducted by Alysha Witham and Brittany Johnson, provisional psychologists completing a Master’s degree at Monash University, under the supervision of Dr Pamela Patrick. As early-career clinicians ourselves, we are passionate about better understanding the experiences, challenges, and protective factors that shape wellbeing in the early stages of a psychology career.
Participation involves completing a brief 20-minute online survey about your professional experiences. Your insights will contribute to research aimed at improving support and outcomes for psychologists entering the field.
As a token of appreciation, participants will have the opportunity to enter a draw to win one of three $50 Coles gift cards.
This project has received approval from the Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee.
If you are eligible and interested, please access the survey via the "start the survey" link below, or feel free to share this opportunity with colleagues.
Thank you for supporting research in early-career psychologist wellbeing.
