What is this study about?
This Monash University study explores the lived experiences of Australian early-career psychologists who have encountered complex or challenging supervisory experiences, and how these relate to the development of professional competence.
Who can participate in this study?
To participate you must be:
- Provisionally or fully registered in Australia,
- Wthin 0–5 years post-registration, and
- Have experienced a complex or challenging supervisory situation.
What is involved?
A 30–60 minute confidential Zoom interview. Participants will receive a $50 gift card upon completion.
