Ms Sally-Anne McCormack is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years� experience supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions and giftedness. A former teacher, she brings a practical, educational approach to therapy that helps clients understand their thinking and develop lasting strategies for change.
Sally-Anne works primarily via Telehealth from her Blackburn practice and also supports members of the Australian Defence Force and veterans. She is the author of Stomp Out the ANTs and Living with ANTs, and is widely known through her media work, including television, radio and commentary on mental health.
She is the founder of ANTSA, a digital mental health system that provides structured support between sessions, helping clients stay engaged in their therapeutic progress. Sally-Anne has received international awards recognising her contribution to mental health innovation.
