She utilises evidence-based interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
Whilst Jessica works with a variety of mental health presentations, she has a particular interest in the areas of anxiety, trauma, OCD, adult ADHD, and relationship issues.
