Telehealth available

I am a registered General Psychologist experienced in working with diverse clientele, with a special interest in supporting individuals facing anxiety, mood disturbances, life transitions, family conflict, attachment issues, and behavioural concerns. I predominantly work with children and adolescents but am also open to treating young adults. Additionally, I offer ADHD assessments.

I employ various treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to optimise treatment outcomes. I have completed level 1 and level 2 EMDR training certificates and am trained in treating complex presentations.

I believe therapy should be a space of kindness, empathy, and respect. Every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and safe. It's a privilege to be invited into my clients' lives, and I'm committed to walking alongside them as they navigate their journey towards healing.
