I have been providing counselling and treatment to people with a range of presenting mental health concerns for almost two decades.

In that time have gained extensive experience in supporting people in returning to work after a significant mental health concern and workplace stress management. This includes working in areas of complexity where there maybe multiple areas we need to target.

While I provide treatment across a range of conditions I have an interest in our relationships with ourselves (self identity) and others (friendships, partners and colleagues).

I have an interest in and have undertaken additional training in gender diversity, neurodiversity and eating disorders. * NOTE I work therapeutically I do not provide assessments or reports

I have also completed Gottman Method Couples Training (Level 1 and 2) and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy training.

You can learn more about me and my style on my website.
