Dr Simon Kennedy is a Clinical & Forensic Psychologist of 40 years experience, with expertise in psychological assessment in legal matters, especially family & children's law. He has written over 3000 family and children's law reports, given evidence in several hundred family and children's law, civil, criminal, and workplace matters. He is a family court expert in family law reports, psychosexual, parent & children's law matters, also in criminal, civil, mental health, work stress & injuries, with over 12,000 total court reports since 1984. He has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Master of Psychology (Clinical), Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology) (University of Melbourne), is a Fellow of the Clinical, Forensic & Educational/Developmental Colleges of the Australian Psychological Society. He practices in Camberwell; also regional Victoria and interstate. He is Director of Psychology Camberwell, a psychology group with a special interest in psychological assessments in legal matters.
