Sally is clinical psychologist who has worked as a psychologist since 2009. Her aim is to create a collaborative relationship with clients based on trust and mutual respect so that they feel supported, listened to and understood.
Her initial career was in the financial services sector in Sydney. However her experiences during the Global Financial Crisis motivated her to become a psychologist as she wanted to focus on helping people improve their lives. Throughout her psychology career she has worked in rural NSW, as well as in Australian cities in both private practice, community programs and inpatient hospitals.
She has worked with adults and young people with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, career change, overcoming difficult life circumstances, trauma, drug and alcohol problems, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem problems, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and counselling for personal growth.
