Mrs Nadia Blythe   MAPS

Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

I am a Registered Psychologist providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families. My work with children uses play as a natural way to support emotional expression, communication and understanding, while helping parents better understand their child's emotional world and strengthen their connection. I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions.

My approach draws on attachment and trauma-informed principles and is tailored to each individual and family. I enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences, better understand themselves and each other, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges. I have a particular interest in play-based therapy and supporting parents to become an important part of their child's development and wellbeing.
