Alex is a Clinical Psychologist who offers a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative approach to therapy. She is passionate about helping people better understand their life experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Alex places strong emphasis on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, recognising this as the foundation of effective therapy.
Alex works with young people and adults (14+) experiencing anxiety and depression, stress and burnout, PTSD and complex trauma, attachment-related difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship and interpersonal challenges, grief and bereavement, life transitions, and low self-esteem. She has experience working across private, public, and educational settings.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including: CBT, EMDR, ACT, ST, MB-ERP and DBT skills.
