I work with children (8+), adolescents and adults across a broad range of concerns, with a particular interest in anxiety disorders. I also support people experiencing emotional difficulties, low mood, stress, self-esteem concerns and life transitions, as well as those wanting to better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their lives.
Before becoming a psychologist, I spent eight years working with young people and families in community services, an experience that continues to inform my practice today.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, while providing therapy that is evidence-based, practical and tailored to each persons needs and goals. I value genuine connection, collaboration and creating an inclusive practice where people of all backgrounds and experiences feel welcome and respected.
