I am a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years experience working with adults of all ages. I work with clients who have a variety of issues affecting their lives but most commonly those experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression and difficulties coping with life stressors and transitions. I have extensive experience in treating people with anxiety disorders after running group treatment programs for people with panic disorder and agoraphobia for many years. I also have a special interest in supporting people who are adjusting to life with a chronic illness/condition including OCD. My approaches include cognitive-behavioural therapy, ACT, schema therapy and other therapies as appropriate to each individual. I do not do ADHD assessments but can support people with a diagnosis to improve their quality of life. I work in a caring and comfortable GP clinic in Bentleigh.
