Matthew has worked in forensic, clinical, and addiction rehabilitation settings within both public and private sectors, providing psychological assessment and therapy for adolescents and adults. Matthew has experience working with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, addictions, emotional dysregulation, behavioural challenges, self-esteem, personality vulnerabilities, and stress.
Matthew utilises evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) frameworks. He adopts a relational, client-centred approach to foster a supportive environment conducive to meaningful change.
Matthew also conducts psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disorders, Intellectual Disability, and cognitive and academic ability.
