I am a registered psychologist and neuropsychology registrar with a particular interest in understanding how cognition, neurodiversity, mental health and everyday life intersect. I work with adolescents and adults for therapy and cognitive assessments.
My approach is collaborative, respectful and neuro-affirming. I believe good psychological care starts with meeting people where they are and considering the whole person.
Drawing on ACT, CBT and Schema Therapy, alongside principles from Buddhist psychology, I support people to manage distress and everyday challenges, develop practical ways of coping, and navigate periods of uncertainty, adjustment and change. My aim is to help people feel more equipped to understand themselves, make sense of what they are experiencing, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to them.
