I believe therapy is most effective when people feel heard, understood and respected. My aim is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, build on strengths and work towards meaningful change.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience supporting people living with disability, neurodiversity and behavioural support needs.
My approach is person-centred and tailored to your goals and circumstances. I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness and interpersonal neurobiology principles.
I have worked extensively within the NDIS, completed Phase 1 training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), and am currently a Master of Clinical Psychology candidate.
