Working as a Performance Psychologist, my passions and areas of expertise are organisational and performance psychology including organisational development, sports performance, developing high performing teams, wellbeing, positive psychology interventions, executive coaching, individual, team and organisational assessment, leadership and performance development. My specific focus is to assist people to make the changes they need so they can thrive in all areas of their lives.

Over 25 years experience consulting to organisations and over 10 years working in sporting organisations and with athletes, coaches and teams.

I am a Psychology Board approved supervisor, endorsed in organisational psychology.
