Mrs Kathryn Asher   MAPS

Telehealth available

I am a psychologist based in Caloundra, supporting older adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, adult ADHD, grief, low motivation, and career challenges. I also conduct psychological assessments.

I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach to help clients develop practical skills, build resilience, and live meaningful lives guided by their values.

As an ADF veteran, I understand the unique pressures of military service and transition, and I welcome veterans seeking private or DVA-funded support (for eligible veterans). I am also a registered WorkCover QLD and Medicare provider.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported, helping them regain balance and move forward with confidence and clarity.
