I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor who has over 18 years experience working with adults with a wide range of mental health issues.

In particular, individuals with trauma, anxiety, life transitions and adjustment issues, OCD, depression, grief and loss and chronic pain. I have worked in major public and private hospitals and private practices in Melbourne focusing on trauma, mood and chronic pain programs.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I take a trauma-sensitive and collaborative approach to help people achieve their goals, reduce distress and improve healing and recovery. I offer comprehensive psychological assessments and tailored evidence-based therapies, in particular Schema therapy, Compassion focused therapy, CBT, ERP, ACT and DBT. I am also certified in Yoga nidra.
