Miss Saba Al Saleh   MAPS

Telehealth available

Saba Al Saleh is a registered psychologist who works with adults, adolescents, and families, with a particular focus on trauma, emotional regulation, and supporting individuals through complex life transitions. She has a special interest in working with people who are outwardly high-functioning yet internally experiencing chronic stress, unresolved trauma, or relational difficulties.

Sabas therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. She typically begins by helping clients build emotional stability through DBT skills training and practical coping strategies. Where appropriate, she incorporates Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma, alongside schema-informed work to address longstanding patterns that may continue to impact wellbeing. She also integrates somatic and nervous-system-based strategies to support deeper and more sustainable change.
