Stephanie is a warm and compassionate Psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Clinical). She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across private practice and school settings. Stephanie prioritises building authentic therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported to explore their experiences.
She is particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and provides neuroaffirming, strengths-based care. Stephanie has supported clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, grief and loss, trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, interpersonal and family challenges, and body image concerns. She currently works with children and adolescents up to 15 years old.
Her approach is evidence-based and tailored to suit each client's needs, drawing from ACT, DBT, CBT, play therapy, and mindfulness interventions. Stephanie also works closely with parents and caregivers to help them support their child.
