She supports people navigating relationship difficulties, unhelpful thinking patterns, or challenges managing strong emotions. Christine also works with those experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, burnout, or the ongoing effects of past difficulties. With expertise in health psychology, she supports individuals adjusting to health conditions and managing the emotional impact of illness. Her approach is gentle and collaborative, focused on creating safety, fostering insight, emotional balance, and meaningful change. Christine is a Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor.
