I am a Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in supporting women through the transition to motherhood. At my practice, Mums in Mind Psychology, I work with mothers experiencing postnatal anxiety and depression, feelings of guilt, stress, burnout, and the many emotional challenges that can arise in early parenthood. I also support neurodivergent women who may be finding the transition to motherhood and adjustment to the postpartum period particularly overwhelming or challenging.
I am passionate about providing a safe space where mothers feel heard, understood, and supported.
I am also a trained Circle of Security (COS) Parenting program facilitator, and enjoy supporting parents in strengthening secure, nurturing relationships with their children.
