Her career has been dedicated to supporting individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs through recovery-focused initiatives. Payal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in delivering person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services.

Payal holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Central Queensland University (CQU) in Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of New England (UNE), and a Master�s in Alternative Medicine (Homeopathy) from India. She is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist, an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner endorsed by NDIS, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (MAAPi).
