Amy is an AHPRA registered psychologist and clinical registrar. She holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a doctorate (PhD) in the field of clinical psychological science.
Amy offers a warm, person-centred approach to therapy that is guided by her values of authenticity, compassion, non-judgement, collaboration and curiosity.
Amy�s practice is trauma informed and neuro-affirming, and is informed by a range of evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, DBT and EMDR. Amy also integrates trauma-based approaches, including internal family systems work, somatic techniques, compassion focused therapy, and attachment-focused therapies into her practice.
Amy's main areas of interest include supporting people with trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, body image and eating disorders, health challenges, relationship difficulties, self-esteem difficulties, and life stress.
Amy has current availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays for in-person or telehealth appointments.
