I am a Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping people deepen their self-understanding and navigate lifes complexities. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, a space for exploration and growth. Experiences like anxiety or depression are not only symptoms, but signals that something important needs attention.
Each person brings a unique history and way of being, and I aim to honour this. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, guided by curiosity about the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that shape your inner world. I may also draw from mindfulness, parts work, somatic awareness, CBT, systems and attachment theory, non-violent communication and trauma-informed practice.
Together we make sense of your background and present experience, building awareness of the patterns that shape how you feel and relate. My aim is to offer a safe, thoughtful space for meaningful psychological change.
