Brett Ruehland is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. He holds a Master of Professional Psychology and works with adolescents, young people, and adults.
Brett supports people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), identity and relationship concerns, and stress related to study, work, or life transitions. He has particular experience working with complex or long-standing presentations, where emotional, neurodevelopmental, and psychosocial factors intersect.
His approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualised, with an emphasis on creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space. Brett is committed to affirming care for neurodivergent, LGBTIQ+, and culturally diverse clients, and works at a pace that supports sustainable change.
Sessions are available in-clinic and via telehealth.
