Ms Sarsha Spring   MAPS

Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

Sarsha has always been drawn to the intersection of evidence-based practice and providing compassionate care. The depth of Sarsha's clinical training informs the work, and the compassionate care of the relationship it's delivered through shapes how it feels.

Sarsha works with adolescents, adults and older adults, trained clinically across a wide range of experiences. She has a particular interest and research in Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

Sarsha's approach centres on the relationship shared with her clients. From that space of understanding, trust can grow. The kind of trust that allows you talk about the things that feel most private, understand your own needs, and find helpful ways to meet them.

She is an integrative therapist, drawing on a variety of evidence-based interventions to suit the client's needs. Sarsha works with Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and compassion focused therapies.
