I am a registered psychologist working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties and challenges with emotional regulation. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, to develop greater self-understanding, emotional wellbeing and confidence.
I take a warm, collaborative and person-centred approach, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported. My practice draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Cognitive Processing Therapy and mindfulness. I work in a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming way, adapting therapy to each persons individual needs and goals.
I believe therapy is an opportunity not only to reduce distress, but also to develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships and create meaningful, sustainable change.
