Katherine is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years� experience supporting individuals aged 12 and over. She works with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, perinatal issues, emotional dysregulation, sleep difficulties, relationship challenges, and disordered eating.

Katherine is a co-director and works at Cultivate Psychology, a psychology practice based in Kent Town and Norwood, Adelaide.

Her approach is relational, evidence-informed, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens in the context of feeling safe, understood, and connected. She welcomes referrals from GPs, schools, allied health professionals, organisations, and self-referring individuals.
