As a Registered Psychologist, I provide services privately, under Mental Health Care Plans, and to NDIS participants (plan-managed and self-managed). I have extensive experience working within the NDIS allied health space and supporting clients across the lifespan with a range of presentations.
I work with neurodivergent individuals (Autism and ADHD) and neurotypical clients, experiencing acute or ongoing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, emotional dysregulation, and daily functioning difficulties. My approach is neuroaffirming, evidence-based, trauma informed, and tailored to each persons unique needs, values, and strengths.
I believe everyone deserves access to purposeful, compassionate, and empowering care. And I strive to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and confident in working toward their goals, wellbeing, and independence.
