Medicare Clinical Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

I am Bridget, a registered clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor with AHPRA. I've worked across public mental health (community and inpatient), forensic services, and private practice, which has given me a broad and grounded understanding of the many ways psychological distress can show up in people's lives.

I work exclusively with adults (18+) and support people experiencing a range of concerns. Many of my clients I see come to therapy feeling stuck, misunderstood, or exhausted by patterns that no longer serve them - my role is to help make sense of these experiences and support meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I place a strong emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported.
