Josephine is a kind and collaborative Psychologist who provides a non-judgemental space for young people and their families. Josephine has experience working with children, young people, and parents in public health and university settings. She is passionate about equipping clients with the skills to manage: perinatal-specific difficulties, anxiety, depression, gender identity and sexuality concerns, and challenging behaviours. She endeavours to help individuals take steps towards their personal goals and develop the tools to cope with what is troubling them. Josephine mainly draws on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, taking influence from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Parent Management Training.
