Sach is a Registered Psychologist and a Clinical Psychology Registrar. He is a registered Medicare and Private Health Care service provider.

Sach holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and a Master�s of Clinical Psychology.

Sach favours an integrative and evidence-based approach which he tailors to the clients� needs. He draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sach works with adults and adolescents with a wide range of presentations including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ASD, adjustment difficulties, as well as relationship and family issues.

Sach aims to create a environment in which clients can achieve meaningful and sustainable change. He has a particular interest in understanding and resolving the underlying causes of psychological issues.
