Putri completed her degrees in Clinical and Forensic Psychology in Germany and the UK respectively. She then completed her formal training as a Behavioural therapist and was a registered clinician Germany. She has worked both in public and private sector in multiple countries throughout the years. This gave her the opportunity to treat adults and young adults with a range of mental health issue.
Her approach is drawn from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and other third-wave of behaviour therapy, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical behaviour therapy and Metacognitive therapy.
Putri understands that people�s experiences with therapy differ. She always meets people where they are and works with them at a pace which they are comfortable with. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, Putri strives to guide her patients to discover their own strength and be their fulfilling self.
