Amy (She/Her) is an experienced clinical psychologist having worked across a range of settings over the past ten years.

Amy currently works with adults experiencing such concerns as; low mood, sleep problems, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, chronic health conditions and persistent pain.

Amy also has a special interest working with women around health-related psychological concerns such as peri/menopause, pelvic pain and reproductive difficulties.

Amy has completed a Master of Psychology degree (clinical), is a full member of the Australian psychological society and a Board approved clinical supervisor.

Amy uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. She will take the time necessary to understand your problem properly, and will work with you carefully to find solutions for your situation.
