Kirsten graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and has over 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Kirsten works with individuals experiencing a broad range of life challenges such as anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, life transitions, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence and more. Kirsten also enjoys working with children and teens who are experiencing anxiety, supporting them to build confidence, as well as emotional regulation skills.
Modalities that Kirsten uses include CBT, ACT and DBT. She is passionate about providing a safe, comfortable space where clients feel listened to and understood. Kirsten also has lived experience of neurodivergence.
In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys reading, playing Nintendo Switch, listening to podcasts, going for walks and spending time with family and friends.
