Anne's focus is on building trust and shared understanding with her clients, making the therapy room a safe and comfortable environment. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and Anne's warm, curious approach helps her clients to explore and develop their understanding of themselves, while learning practical skills and strategies to move towards their goals and values.
Anne has over a decade of clinical experience and is committed to providing evidence-based care, drawing from a range of therapies. She has worked extensively with individuals with eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship and interpersonal issues, perfectionism, low self-esteem and emotion dysregulation. She works with adults across the lifespan and is particularly interested in working with people in mid-life and the various challenges that present during this time. She teaches in the postgraduate psychology program at Flinders University and is a credentialed eating disorder clinician.
