Catherine is a psychologist (clinical registrar) registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a member of the APS.

She has experience working with children and adults across diverse settings, including private practice, hospitals, and community services. Catherine has supported clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. She has a special interest in helping individuals with OCD.

Catherine takes a client-centred approach to therapy, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet each individual's unique needs. She draws upon a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT and MI, to empower clients in navigating their mental health challenges and fostering meaningful change.
