Hello, I work with women who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem/worth, difficult childhood experiences/trauma, grief, relationship issues, & burnout. Past experiences shape how you feel about yourself, impact your style of relating, & what you do to cope (e.g. people pleasing, worrying, perfectionism). Together we can work to break unhelpful patterns & create a more meaningful life with improved relationships. My aim is to help you to learn strategies to feel calmer, empowered, have a core sense of self & a greater sense of inner peace. I practice within an evidence-based framework including CBT, DBT, IPT, & Schema Therapy. All therapy is trauma informed, & neuro-affirming. I enjoy working with women of all ages, helping them to process their challenges & traumas, & build skills, to be able to flourish. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to express, reflect, & learn new skills. The first step of therapy is to reach out, I will be there with you along the way.
