As a psychologist and woman with a lived experience of trauma recovery I provide a safe, supportive, & understanding space for other women to share, reflect & explore how their past impacts their present. I work with women who struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, past/present trauma, grief, relationship issues, & depression. We all have vulnerable parts of ourselves that can be triggered causing anxiety, the fight & flight response, & relationship issues. Through tailored psychotherapy I can support you to process your story, gain emotional wellbeing, & open doors to new opportunities and a hopeful future.
