Belinda is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience across government, not-for-profit, and community mental health settings. She works alongside adults facing work and study pressures, anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and major life transitions. Through a grounded and collaborative approach, she helps clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward the life they want to lead.
She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing, tailoring treatment to each individual' needs.
