Miss Monique Joyce   MAPS

Monique is a registered psychologist who completed her Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours) with the University of the Sunshine Coast. Monique works with children and adolescents aged 0-17 years. She has a background working in both private and educational settings.

Monique is warm and kind therapist that aims to make therapy engaging and fun for children. Monique has experience working with a range of presentations including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, generalised anxiety disorder, separation anxiety, school refusal, selective mutism, tic disorders, OCD, depression, and oppositional defiance disorder.

Monique draws from a cognitive behavioural approach. She is also trained in the Early State Denver Model and Circle of Security parenting. Monique values providing a safe environment to the LGBTQIAP+ community.
