Alex is a clinical psychologist with 10 years of successful experience in both the private and public health sectors. Alex focuses on the treatment of depression, but also treats a number of other presentations such as anxiety disorders, stress, and life transition issues. He sees clients aged 18 and over. Regarding interventions, he primarily utilises cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), supplemented with a range of other evidence based techniques. Alex aims to make each session count, and can deliver a therapy program ranging from one session to ongoing over years, depending on client needs. From the outset, Alex focuses on building the therapeutic relationship, as well as developing realistic goals.
