As a first-generation South Asian migrant, she brings lived experience to her work, supporting adolescents and adults navigating complex life experiences. Maneesha is passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent individuals and those from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Her approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, drawing on ACT, CBT, and mindfulness. She is committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
