Medicare Psychologist Provider

Telehealth available

I am a warm and compassionate Registered Psychologist dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalised therapy for individuals and couples. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the underlying emotional patterns and early experiences that shape their current relationships, wellbeing, and self-perception with the goal of fostering meaningful and lasting change.

I have experience working with adults presenting with anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties (romantic, social, or work-related), identity concerns, low self-esteem, and grief and loss. I also work with individuals navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD), complex family dynamics, cultural adjustment, and major life transitions. Born and raised in Australia, I've lived and worked across several countries, which informs my culturally sensitive and inclusive approach. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity friendly, and I tailor therapy to respect each person's unique background and lived experience.
