The thing about people with ADHD or anxiety is from the outside, they often seem like theyre doing just fine. Holding down a decent job, in a relationship (or trying to be), generally keeping it together. But inside, its a different story. Its loud. Exhausting. Theres the constant overthinking, the second-guessing, the never-ending sense that youre not quite there yet wherever there is.
Maybe you feel a lot, think a lot, care a lot and still wonder if youre too much, or not enough.
If that sounds familiar, we should talk.
I work with adults (mostly 20s40s) navigating the quiet chaos of ADHD, anxiety, self-doubt, and the messiness of relationships. Therapy with me is real, collaborative, and actually useful. Less clipboard, more conversation. Like a mix of your best friend who gets you and your high school coach who pushed you because they believed in you.
This isnt about fixing you. Its about helping you feel like yourself again or maybe for the first time.
