His extensive experience in the university sector means he is well-equipped to support those moving through difficult life changes and seeking to build meaning and purpose along the way.

Patrick has experience in the university sector, private practice, and in public health. He has a warm, empathic approach, through which he utilises a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of his clients. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-integrated therapies.
