I am a compassionate and driven professional who values respectful interactions and individualised care. My goal is to develop tailored interventions and goal-setting strategies that support clients and their families in living safe, healthy, and meaningful lives aligned with their values and aspirations. I work with diverse presentations including ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Behavioural and Family Challenges, Eating and Feeding Disorders, and OCD. Trained in a wide range of evidence-based modalities, I believe psychology is not one size fits all and strive to provide flexible, responsive, and effective support. If youve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself, you are not aloneand you dont need to navigate it on your own. Reaching out is a brave first step, and I will meet you with warmth, care, and understanding. Please feel free to get in touch if youd like to explore working together and begin a supportive path forward.
